Straightening A Bent Needle

Airbrush needle tips are delicate and can easily get bent accidentally. When this happens, it's important to know how to repair them. In this guide, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to effectively repair a bent airbrush needle tip.
If you observe that your airbrush is not spraying straight and instead sprays at an angle, or if you notice double lines during spraying, it is likely that you have a bent needle.
-
STEP 1
Find a nickel coin or any similar object with a sharp edge that can be used to un-snag the tip of the bent needle. Ensure that the edge is clean and free from any debris that could potentially cause further damage.
-
STEP 2
Place the bent needle on the flat surface, Using the flat part of the nickel, gently roll it along the length of the needle, applying light pressure. This rolling motion helps to identify any remaining bends in the needle.
-
STEP 3
Apply gentle pressure and gradually roll the nickel to straighten out the bend. Continue this process until the needle is uniformly straight.
Stuck Nozzle

Utilize the included spanner or a suitable tool to gently apply lateral pressure to the nozzle multiple times. This action will gradually loosen the nozzle, making it easier to remove.
