How long does delivery take?

Please check the "Shipping Policy" drop-down bar on the product page. (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)
If the shipping estimate surpasses 5 days, it signifies that the item will be shipped from overseas.

Why does the shipping status display "USPS Awaiting Item" and hasn't been updated since?

 

Shipping an order from overseas to the USA typically involves a process where the parcel needs time to transit from an overseas warehouse to the local USPS facility in the USA. Once the parcel reaches the USPS facility in the USA, the tracking information will be updated. When you see this update, it's an indication that your parcel is on its way and will be arriving to you soon.

Where does NEOECO ship to?

United States and other coutries.

(Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to factors such as local/state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.)

How will my delivery be shipped?

When an order is placed for local US shipping, we rely on Amazon to act as our logistics partner and ship NEOECO products directly to our customers. Amazon selects the carrier that they believe will provide the most efficient and reliable service for our customers.

However, if the order is being shipped from China, delivery times will vary depending on the location of the customer. Typically, customers can expect their order to arrive within 10-35 days.

How do I track my order?

Your delivery confirmation email will contain your tracking number and order details. 

 

Taxes and other charges

Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.



I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.


Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

Notes:
If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. NEOECO will not replace the order or issue a refund.
